All surgeries are by appointment. Appointments are available each day. There are a number of appointments that can be pre-booked up to one month in advance, these are available on a first come first served basis.
Urgent cases will be dealt with on the same day.
If all the appontments have been taken when you call, you will be offered a number of options to try and resolve your request. This will include telephone consultations, where a doctor will call you back and decide if you need to be brought in and seen.
There are also some appointments available that can be booked online through Online Access. Please see the home page for further details
On occasions a telephone consultation may be all that is required to resolve your problem.
You may ask to be seen by a doctor of your choice, however it may not always be possible to accommodate your request.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please let us know so that we can free the slot for someone else to use.
If you arrive to see a doctor without an appointment it may not be possible to see you unless it is as an emergency, however, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
If you arrive late for an appointment it may not always be possible to fit you in and an alternative appointment may be offered.
